PRODUCT INFO
Due to the semi-permanent nature of the net and the tension which the net requires you will need to make sure your pond or water feature has a solid boarder on all sides. Large rocks, pavers, boulders… are a few examples. The medium or surface used for anchoring cannot move or be altered during the intended life of the net it must be solid. Loose rocks or dirt are not suitable for anchoring.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
As these kits are a safety product with the requisit certifications they are not permitted to be returned once opened. Each kit is made to order and inspected by the QC staff at the factory you will only receive a new net never one that another buyer has tried to install.
SHIPPING INFO
Nets are made to order, production times are typically 7-10 days but they do vary due to many factors. Nets are shipped via UPS Ground in the lower 48. Nets shipping outside the lower 48 are handled on a case by case basis
