Which countries do you ship to?
We ship nets all over the world, if FedEx or UPS deliver there we can ship to you. For our Caribbean, Central American and Middle Eastern clients we typically ship to a US based freight forwarder.
What tools do I need for installation?
Basic house hold tools are a great start but 3 tools you might may not have are a masonry drill w/ 3/4" drill bit, a rubber mallet and a hot knife or soldering iron (used to cut and trim the netting). The drill can be rented from most tool rental companies, the mallet and the soldering iron are relatively inexpensive and can be acquired from any hardware.
Can the net be anchored in loose dirt?
No. The net anchor surface must be solid and cannot move during your intended use life of the net. There is significant tension on the anchor points,
Do you sell pool Fencing?
No. We only sell the Do-It-Yourself net kits.
Can a net kit be installed on an above ground pool?
Yes, only when the above ground pool has wood decking or similar on all sides.
The net cannot be attached to the pools frame.

Can a net be installed on a spill over style pool?
No, your pool much have an edge at least 6" above the waterline to correctly install a safety net.
Do you accept returns?
No. As these net's are fully customized to your pool/pond during installation they are not returnable.
How long does it take to install?
For the medium to large size pool nets expect 4-6 hours for 2 people.
Can I hire someone to install the net?
As you are not likely in an territory covered by factory installers you can choose to hire a contractor or pool company to do the installation if you are not confident about doing it yourself.
